WHAT WE STORE ON YOUR DEVICE

Needed for the game to work (no consent required):

• Device token — a random ID that lets you rejoin a game after a refresh or a dropped connection.
• Player name, last game, timer preset — so you don't retype them.
• Theme, language and your cookie choice — your own settings.

Only if you accept:

• Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years) — anonymous statistics about page views and devices. Provided by Google Ireland Ltd.; data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Nothing from Google is loaded until you accept.

WHAT OUR SERVERS PROCESS

• Game data — the nickname you choose, your answers and scores, the session you joined.
• Technical logs — IP address (for rate limiting and abuse protection) and error reports from the app, used only to keep the game running.
• Song previews — audio clips are streamed from Deezer, so your browser connects to Deezer's servers when a song plays.

Servers run on Google Cloud in the EU (Belgium and Poland). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the game (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, for analytics, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: the President of UODO). Write to the contact above.
