Match songs to their decade — from the 60s to the 2020s. A great mode for casual players who love music from all eras. How scoring works
Place the song in the correct chronological spot on your timeline: +5 points. Wrong spot: −2. You can also type the artist and title for bonus points: +2 each for a match — and in the default fuzzy mode a close spelling still earns +1. A round can score anywhere from −2 to +9.
The fastest correct answer scores a flat 100 points. Every other correct answer loses value the longer it takes — points melt linearly over the 30-second preview (correct at 15 seconds is worth about 50; at 30 seconds it is 0). Wrong or missing answers score 0.
The correct decade scores 50 points, plus a speed bonus of up to 50 more that shrinks over the 30-second preview — so a correct answer is always worth 50–100. The wrong decade scores 0.
